Mr Alam Pirkani was arrested from Punjab through CIA police of Quetta on 24/09/2000. He was working in hotel in district Multan’s Jhanian town. The hotel was owned by one of my relatives and was located on GT road near Jhanian town.
Mr. Mohammed Alam Baluch been severly tortured by pakistani agencies, police and army.
